Kinbee action learning pods bring together a group of people who have a shared goal or desired development outcome and together we take them through a process of shared thinking using sensitive and careful reflection. Our facilitators use transparency reflection and an open outlook to create safe and supported group environments so that individuals gain a deeper understanding of the issues faced within the health, social, housing and justice sectors.

Each group session usually lasts up to two hours and will use Kirkpatrick’s Four-level Evaluation Model:
1. Results (discuss the challenge or situation that is presented)
2. Reaction (individuals share their thoughts to the challenge or situation set)
3. Learning (using existing knowledge, skills and insight individuals produce fresh ideas and alternative solutions)
4. Behaviour (identify how new knowledge, skills and insight can be implemented as an individual, team and/ or service)

Our action learning sets can take place via zoom/ teams or face to face within your organisation. We can offer flexible appointments (weekday, evenings or weekends) with groups of up to 16 people and last 2 hours.
